There are many things that can increase your chances of getting pregnant with twins. Some of them are things that you can change, and some are things that you cannot change. First, you need to have an examination with your doctor and let them know that you are planning on conceiving so they can tell you what to do. You need to take a vitamin with plenty of folic acid. Consider taking extra folic acid, calcium, and b6 vitamin, for twins. Eat yams, particularly cassava root, more dairy and beef. What factors predispose couples to have twins? Here are some interesting findings.

Genetics

If you are a woman whose mother, sister, maternal aunt or maternal grandmother had fraternal twins, this trait may have been passed to you. Fraternal twins can only be conceived if a woman releases two eggs at ovulation, and this trait has been genetically predetermined in some people.

Age

If you are a woman between the ages of 35 - 39, you are more likely to conceive twins. This likelihood increases more after 40, but mostly because women are using fertility treatments at that age. Women over 35 may release more than one egg at ovulation because their cycles are being disrupted by perimenopause.

Previous Pregnancies

The more previous pregnancies and births a woman has experienced, the more likely twins will be in subsequent pregnancies. If a woman has conceived twins (especially fraternal twins) before, she is more likely to have them again.

Race/Ethnicity

In the United States, people of African descent have a higher incidence of twins than Caucasians, who have a higher rate of twinning than Asians. Native Americans have a slightly lower incidence than Asians, and Hispanics have the lowest rate of twinning.

Weight/Height

Obese women, especially those with a body mass index over 30, tend to conceive twins more often, but also have higher risk pregnancies because of the excess weight. Taller women are also more likely to conceive twins.

Diet/Nutrition

There is some scientific evidence that eating animal products, especially dairy, increases a woman's chances of conceiving twins. Vegan women who eat no dairy have a very low rate of twin conception. Women whose diets are high in folate seem to conceive twins more often, as do those who eat yams or other products high in natural estrogen-like compounds. Women in the Yoruba tribe in Africa have a phenomenal rate of twinning, and consume yams as a major part of their diet. Once twins have been conceived, consuming a healthy, adequate diet is essential for the proper development of the babies as well.

Environment

Strangely enough, some studies have found that living near a polluted area increases a woman's chances of having twins.BreastfeedingWomen who are breastfeeding when they get pregnant again (often accidentally!) are more likely to conceive twins.

Infertility

As those who have been through the infertility process know, both infertility drugs and IVF increase a couple's chances of a multiple pregnancy.

The House of Gucci, better known simply as Gucci is an Italian fashion and leather goods label, part of the Gucci Group, which is owned by French company Pinault-Printemps-Redoute (PPR). Gucci was founded by Guccio Gucci in Florence in 1921
Gucci generated circa €2.2 billion worldwide of revenue in 2008 according to BusinessWeek magazine and climbed to 41st position in the magazine's annual 2009 "Top Global 100 Brands" chart created by Interbrand Gucci is also the biggest-selling Italian brand. Gucci operates about 278 directly operated stores worldwide (as of September 2009) and it wholesales its products through franchisees and upscale department stores.
From modest beginnings at the end of the nineteenth century, the Gucci Company became one of the world’s most successful manufacturers of high-end leather goods, clothing, and other fashion products. As an immigrant in Paris and then London, working in exclusive hotels, young Guccio Gucci (1881–1953) was impressed with the luxurious luggage he saw sophisticated guests bring with them. Upon returning to his birthplace of Florence, a city distinguished for high-quality materials and skilled artisans, he established a shop in 1920 that sold fine leather goods with classic styling. Although Gucci organized his workrooms for industrial methods of production, he maintained traditional aspects of fabrication. Initially Gucci employed skilled workers in basic Florentine leather crafts, attentive to finishing. With expansion, machine stitching was a production method that supported construction.
Together with three of his sons, Aldo, Vasco, and Rodolfo, Gucci expanded the company to include stores in Milan and Rome as well as additional shops in Florence. Gucci’s stores featured such finely crafted leather accessories as handbags, shoes, and his iconic ornamented loafer as well as silks and knitwear in a signature pattern. The Gucci loafer is the only shoe in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The company made handbags of cotton canvas rather than leather during World War II as a result of material shortages. The canvas, however, was distinguished by a signature double-G symbol combined with prominent red and green bands. After the war, the Gucci crest, which showed a shield and armored knight surrounded by a ribbon inscribed with the family name, became synonymous with the city of Florence.
Aldo and Rodolfo Gucci further expanded the company’s horizons in 1953 by establishing offices in New York City. Film stars and jet-set travelers to Italy during the 1950s and 1960s brought their glamour to Florence, turning Gucci’s merchandise into international status symbols. Movie stars posed in Gucci’s clothing, accessories, and footwear for lifestyle magazines around the world, contributing to the company’s growing reputation.
Gucci’s distinctive lines made its products among the most frequently copied in the world in the early 2000s. Pigskin, calf, and imported exotic animal skins were subjected to various methods of fabrication. Waterproof canvas and satin were used for evening bags. Bamboo was first used to make handbag handles by a process of heating and molding in 1947, and purses made with a shoulder strap and snaffle-bit decoration were introduced in 1960. In 1964 Gucci’s lush butterfly pattern was custom-created for silk foulards, followed by equally luxuriant floral patterns. The original Gucci loafer was updated by a distinctive snaffle-bit ornament in 1966, while the “Rolls-Royce” luggage set was introduced in 1970. Watches, jewelry, ties, and eyewear were then added to the company’s product lines. A particularly iconic touch, introduced in 1964, was the use of the double-G logo for belt buckles and other accessory decorations.
The company prospered through the 1970s, but the 1980s were marked by internal family disputes that brought Gucci to the brink of disaster. Rodolfo’s son Maurizio took over the company’s direction after his father’s death in 1983, and dismissed his uncle Aldo—who eventually served a prison term for tax evasion. Maurizio proved to be an unsuccessful president; he was compelled to sell the family-owned company to Investcorp, a Bahrain-based company, in 1988. Maurizio disposed of his remaining stock in 1993. Tragically, Maurizio was murdered in Milan in 1995, and his former wife, Patrizia Reggiani, was convicted of hiring his killers. Meanwhile, the new investors promoted the American-educated Domenico De Sole from the position of family attorney to president of Gucci America in 1994 and chief executive in 1995.
The company had previously brought in Dawn Mello in 1989 as editor and ready-to-wear designer in order to reestablish its reputation. Well aware of Gucci’s tarnished image and the value of its name brand, Mello hired Tom Ford in 1990 to design a ready-to-wear line. He was promoted to the position of creative director in 1994. Before Mello returned to her post as president of the American retailer Bergdorf Goodman, she initiated the return of Gucci’s headquarters from the business center of Milan to Florence, where its craft traditions were rooted. There she and Ford reduced the number of Gucci products from twenty thousand to a more reasonable five thousand.
Tom Ford came to the foundering company with vision and style. Having the strong support of Dominico De Sole, Ford wished to maintain a sense of the company’s history while updating Gucci’s trademarks. In 1994 Ford became responsible for creative direction, and by 1996 he directed all aspects of the company—including ready-to-wear clothing, visual merchandising, packaging, interior design, and advertising. Ford and De Sole struggled to restore the former reputation of Gucci, while redirecting the growing brand to a new level for the market of the late 1990s.
There were seventy-six Gucci stores around the world in 1997, along with numerous licensing agreements. Ford was instrumental in the process of decision-making with De Sole when the Gucci Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche, Bottega Veneta, Boucheron, Sergio Rossi, and, in part-ownership with Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen and Balenciaga. By 2001 Ford and De Sole shared the responsibility for major business decisions, while Ford concurrently directed design at Yves Saint Laurent as well as at Gucci.
The French conglomerate Pinault-Printemps-Redouté, however, gained ownership of 60 percent of the Gucci Group’s stock in 2003. Women’s Wear Daily then announced the departure of both Domenico De Sole and Tom Ford from the Gucci Group when their contracts expired in April 2004. The last spring collection under the direction of Ford and De Sole was a critical and commercial success. Amid widespread speculation in the fashion press about Ford’s heir, the company announced in March 2004 that he would be replaced by a team of younger designers promoted from the ranks of the company’s staff.
In 2005, Frida Giannini was appointed as the creative director for women’s ready-to-wear and accessories, previously joining Gucci in 2002. In 2006, she also became the creative director for men's ready-to-wear and the entire Gucci label.

It was the suggestion of Isabella Blow that McQueen use his middle name for the label.The house's early collections developed its reputation for controversy and shock tactics (earning the title "l'enfant terrible" and "the hooligan of English fashion"), with trousers aptly named "bumsters" and a collection entitled Highland Rape.Alexander McQueen staged lavish, unconventional, runway shows, such as a recreation of a shipwreck for his spring 2003 collection, spring 2005's human chess game and the Fall 2006 show, Widows of Culloden, which featured a life-sized hologram of supermodel Kate Moss dressed in yards of rippling fabric.

In December 2000, the Gucci Group acquired 51% of his company and appointed him as Creative Director before launching stores in London, Milan, New York Los Angele sand Las Vegas. Alexander McQueen launched its first menswear collection in Spring/Summer 2005 and continues to show its collections during Milan Fashion Week. The company launched its first women's pre-spring collection on the runway with its means collection on 22 June 2008 and has since continued releasing cruise collections since Spring 2010.
In 27 July 2006, the company launched a lower-priced diffusion line McQ. The new line carries men's and women's ready-to-wear and accessories, was exclusively designed by Lee Alexander McQueen, manufactured and distributed worldwide by SINV SpA under the terms of a five-year license agreement with Alexander McQueen. Promoted as a denim line, the focus of McQ is a youthful target market. The Spring/Summer 2011 was the final collection in collaboration with SINV SpA. Pina Ferlisi was appointed as the creative director for the line in June 2010.
Alexander McQueen branched into e-commerce, launching an online store in the US in 2008.This was later expanded with an online store for the UK market in 2010
McQueen's suicide was announced on the afternoon of 11 February 2010 At the time of his death, the company had debts of £32 million despite posting profits from handbag sales in 2008.

But I managed to keep up…(penat tp seronok dpt kumpul reramai..meriah!)!!! Penat x hilang ag sbb aku n naim bru je balik kampung..(Chukai,Kemaman,Malaysia), Saturday was super busy sbb ade kenduri Doa Selamat,Solat Berjemaah & Bacaan Yassin ngn family husband aku..sempena Momma Mertua aku nk g Mekah..buat umrah..aku doakan sumenye selamat dan berjalan dgn lancar..serius xpuas ag aku duk kat kampung..bayangkanla..sabtu tengahari from KL-KEMAMAN,then,da next day..on Sunday tu jugak..tengahari da balik sini balik..gosh..letih+sedih T.T..xpuas ag nk lepak2 ngn family kami..mkn sedap2..ehek ehek..so smlm untuk elakkan dr 2 2 lembik sbb penat,so kitorang da decided tuk bertolak awal..xmola balik mlm2…ngantuk..smlm smpai trus p Wangsa Walk,mkn kat Popeye’s then bru balik umah…sampai umah perut da kenyang kan..mandi n terus baring depan TV,layan Star Movies ngn Mr Husband tercayang…sampaila..ZZzzzzZZZzzz! :D

KUALA LUMPUR - Raja Gula, Tan Sri Robert Kuok Hock Nien yang telah kembali ke perniagaan gula tahun lalu mendahului senarai orang terkaya di Malaysia dengan memiliki kekayaan bernilai RM50.04 bilion, demikian menurut kaji selidik majalah Malaysian Business keluaran semalam.
Tempat kedua pula diduduki oleh taikun telekomunikasi, T. Ananda Krishnan (RM45.78 bilion) dan diikuti oleh Pengerusi Kumpulan Public Bank, Tan Sri Dr. Teh Hong Piow yang naik satu kedudukan kepada tempat ketiga dengan jumlah kekayaan dianggarkan RM12.77 bilion.
"Usahawan bumiputera dan pengasas Yayasan Al-Bukhary, Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary pula menduduki tempat ketujuh dengan nilai kekayaan sebanyak RM8.84 bilion," jelas kenyataan tersebut.
Tempat kelapan senarai berkenaan diduduki oleh isteri mendiang Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong, pengasas Kumpulan Genting, Puan Sri Lee Kim Hua dengan kekayaan yang dianggarkan bernilai RM7.43 bilion.
"Terdapat tiga pendatang baru dalam senarai itu dengan dua daripadanya merupakan kemasukan kali pertama.
Mereka ialah Pengarah Urusan Mah Sing Group Bhd., Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum; Pengerusi Eksekutif dan Pengarah Urusan Kumpulan Supermax Corporation Bhd., Datuk Seri Stanley Thai dan Timbalan Pengerusi Eksekutif Tan Chong Motors Holdings Bhd., Datuk Tan Heng Chew," ujarnya.

haisy..rindu zmn student..jeles tgok bdk2 sambung master..erm...act aku tgah duk so so ag ni..nak sambung master ke x..ice ngn asyu ade jgk la duk tye2 aku b4 ni bila nak apply,bila boley apply..erm...rindula zmn degree..rindu zmn skola..rindu kat kwn2..I miss having fun!! I miss ma girls, I miss ma lepak friends, I miss hanging out wif ma girls!but this is a different kind of 'fun' that i'm talking about...*gssiping over a at UiTM cafe..makan mixfruits b4 masuk kelas.. Gosh, i miss those days when we were light with responsibilities & commitments...

I miss those days when we will go out from late afternoon (that was morning for us) to late evenings ..cari2 makan..or else..tetiba decide nk kuar p jenjalan..hehehe..SACC mall pun jadila time tu...hahaha...skipping classes and have other classmates to sign the attendance for us...!hahaha..asyu da best la part ni.. and yesss i did
I miss having ma girls picking me up,esp mimo zibang!
I miss the time where we would gather at someone's place n just hanging around with each other..rindu YAMANILANOLIE!
I miss going to Pasar Malam n buy lots & lots of food but in da end, there's no one to finish it...ni zmn praktikal..beli byk2..beli mcm2..tp end up..xabes pon.. :p
